St. Patrick's Day

Apologies for the sparse blogging. Life has been BUSY. Between the photo shoots, editing the photos from the photo shoots, and answering emails and messages about the photo shoots, I haven't had much time for anything else! I still have a painting that a lot of people are waiting on me to finish! 

Jackson has been OBSESSED with St. Patrick's Day this past week. The first thing he did when he woke up (early) this morning? He ran to me, checked me over, and pinched me! 

In between the the chaos, I managed to take a few photos of Jax for the holiday.

Happy Birthday Pop!

Today would have been my father's 58th birthday. Every single day I think about him, and wonder. What would our lives be like if he was still here with us? Would he be proud of me? Would he approve of how I'm raising his grandson? Jackson and my dad were best friends. He loved Jax with everything he had. And Jax loved him.

Come Back Summer!

I hate cabin fever. You don't realize how much you miss warm weather until you have children (or become a photographer). Jackson can't stand to stay indoors and hates the cold as much as I do. Poor kid. So when the weather here warmed up a bit, we went on a much needed bike ride... and I had to bring the camera.

I just LOVE his smile.
