I HATE to talk about myself. I really do. But here are some highlights:


• I was born August 16, 1981. I'll spare you the math. I am 30 years old (as of this post). 
• For as long as I can remember, I loved to draw, paint, or anything else even slightly artsy. And for just as long, I've been told I was good at it.
• At the age of 8, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. 
• I also have severe gastroparesis, Addison's Disease, hypothyroidism, and Osteoporosis.
• I am a single mother to a seven year-old boy, Jackson. I do it alone. Jax's father is a no-show. Most days, I prefer it that way.
• I began focusing on photography around the time my father passed away, in 2009. I absolutely LOVE taking photos of everyone and everything. But my favorite subject is, you guessed it - Jackson.
• My least favorite subject? Myself.
• I'm sarcastic. A LOT. My sense of humor has gotten me through a lot in my life. But I swear, I really AM a nice person. Most of the time.
• I love the little things. That's what makes me happiest.
